Okutama Gorge

We started Tabi for travellers who want the story, not just the sight.
Lake Okutama is a reservoir, finished in 1957 to supply Tokyo with water. The forests and rivers around it are part of what the city drinks, which is why this corner of Tokyo has stayed so green.
